Meeting Minutes February 28, 2025 SSI Harbour Management Discussion ensued regarding SSI Harbour Management - Possible Grant-in-Aid for community clean up projects - Local Community Commission ( LCC) discussing their role in regard to shore services - Possible harbour management stakeholder workshop with stakeholders is being discussed 4.1. Protocol Agreement Update Discussion ensued regarding Protocol Agreement Update - Upcoming legal review of protocol agreements - CRD staff to circulate protocol agreement 4.2. SSI Housing Update Discussion ensued regarding SSI Housing Update - CRD staff to forward Housing Now report - Official Community Plan review - RFP has been extended for one month - LCC reviewing Integrated Housing Strategy scope of work o Action plan o Scope of work 4.3. Short Term Rental Roundtable Discussion ensued regarding Short Term Rental Roundtable - LCC considering a Notice of Motion regarding a business license feasibility study - LCC considering meeting with Provincial officials regarding implications of bill 35 - Possible joint meeting with the Province regarding owner occupation and licensing 4.4. Drinking Water and Watershed Protection There was no discussion. 4.6. BC Ferries Advocacy There was no discussion. 5.
