Territorial Acknowledgement Commissioner Rook provided a Territorial Acknowledgement. 2. Approval of Agenda MOVED by Commissioner Baker, SECONDED by Director Holman, That agenda for the May 28, 2026, meeting of the Local Community Commission be approved as presented. CARRIED 3. Meeting Minutes - Draft May 28, 2026 Integrated Housing Strategy Action Plan Update Discussion ensued regarding the Salt Spring Island Housing Action Long list items and feedback on development of an updated draft. 4.2. Protocol Agreement Update S. Cermak gave an update of progress of the Letter of Understanding between the Salt Spring Island Local Community Commission and the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee. 5. Adjournment MOVED by Commissioner Baker, SECONDED by Commissioner Webster, That the Local Community Commission adjourn the meeting at 03:14pm.
